A nationally respected pastoral leader, faith innovator, author, publisher, media executive, and cultural strategist whose work is redefining how churches, families, and communities engage faith, leadership, justice, and creativity in a rapidly evolving world.

Pastoral Leadership
With more than 45 years of ministry experience, Dr. Gipson Miller has served with distinction as a Pastor, Preacher, Teacher, Life Coach, Worship Leader, and Business Owner. A pastor's wife and daughter, she brings a rare balance of spiritual authority, pastoral sensitivity, and strategic leadership to every role she undertakes. She co-pastors Tabernacle of Praise Church alongside her husband, Rev. Dr. T. Welcome Miller Jr., and co-founded Merriweather Global Ministries with her late father, Rev. Dr. J.E. Merriweather, an international evangelistic ministry focused on evangelism, discipleship, and global outreach.
Service & Advocacy
Dr. Gipson Miller serves as an Associate Chaplain at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, DC, providing spiritual care, counseling, and compassionate support to veterans and their families. She currently serves as Executive Director of Brand, Digital Strategy & Public Affairs for the Women Veterans United Committee, Inc., and as Executive Director of the Office of Public Relations for the Center for Racial Equity and Justice, where she leads strategic communications, public engagement, and mission-driven initiatives advancing equity, justice, and community empowerment.
History & Justice Initiatives
In February 2026, Dr. Miller led the launch of the Black History Collective, a comprehensive digital history initiative designed as a living archive dedicated to preserving, documenting, and celebrating Black history across generations and geographies. She also introduced Justice Brief Now, a real-time, fact-based civic information initiative providing clear, community-centered insight into legislation, global affairs, and justice developments impacting Black communities.
Publishing & Media
Dr. Gipson Miller is a prolific Author of more than 80 books and eBooks and the owner of AtoZ Publishing. She has released magazines including Pastoring Today, Today's Black Executive, The Family Knook, and Black Women in Business. She hosts programs such as Sisters in the Ministry, Women Empowerment with Dr. T, Worship with Pastor T, Let's Talk About It and More, and Talk It Out with Gilbert and Miller. Through seven channels on the LV Network, she delivers faith-based, family-centered programming to viewers worldwide.
Music Ministry
An International Gospel Recording Artist, Dr. Miller has ministered through music for over 40 years, both locally and abroad, using worship as a powerful tool for healing, discipleship, and spiritual renewal. Expanding her influence in the creative and music industries, she launched Neuralgroove Records — where music isn't just heard, it's felt. Her musical ministry complements her preaching and teaching, creating worship experiences that are spiritually authentic, culturally resonant, and theologically grounded.
Education & Honors
Her academic background includes degrees in Biblical Theology, Biblical Studies, Church and Business Administration, and Early Childhood Education. She has served for more than a decade on the committee for the National Prayer Breakfast, acted as an advisor to Ghana's Year of Return initiative, and has been honored with Keys to the Cities of Gadsden and Anniston, Alabama. She recently received the Royalty Heritage Award for Excellence in Ministry Leadership from the Louis Dien Faye Foundation.
